My name is Cameron Danielle Kirby and I am a twenty-year-old actress and singer in the Houston, Texas area, as well as the Dallas-Fort Worth area. I have training in classical vocals, musical theater vocals, a cappella and bits of pop vocal training. I have been pursuing theatre since I was five, and  became serious about it at age nine. Since then, I have been taking every opportunity to grow in my fields of interest and to branch out and expand my knowledge of other components, such as technical theatre and dance.

"The Weather" by Lawrence, performed by the Flower Mound High School's a cappella group "Blue Print" in February of 2022, Cameron Kirby as soloist

This song meant a lot to me during the second half of my high school senior year. I had sung a solo in my a cappella group only once before this, in my sophomore year, and this solo was my chance to show my improvement and growth to not only my directors, but also to myself and my peers. I was also given the incredible opportunity to sing this at the National A Cappella Convention in Orlando this past spring, which was a truly magical experience.

"Monster" from Frozen the Musical, performed for NATS 2023

"Monster" is one of my all-time favorite songs, and Frozen is one of my favorite musicals, so performing the song for NATS was an incredibly fun experience! I made it to the semi-finals for NATS 2023, which was an amazing accomplishment for me as a freshman.

My high school a cappella group, Blue Print, published four songs in the span of time that I was in the group. We recorded and published the following songs on Spotify and other platforms; "Fake Happy" by Paramore, "I Don't Miss You at All" by Michael Bublé,  and then most recently "Falling" by Harry Styles, and "Light On" by Maggie Rogers. I am not a soloist in any of these songs, I sing on the soprano part, whether it be second soprano or first soprano.
